We are a fast growing B2B lead generation company helping small UK businesses connect with the right customers. We cover a wide range of industries, from solar panels and double glazing to health insurance, mortgages, and cosmetic treatments. As we expand our own lead gen brands, we're also preparing to offer marketing services to local businesses, helping them improve their websites, content, and digital presence. That's where you come in. We're looking for a creative Content Writer to support both our internal growth and future client work.
About the Role
You'll be at the heart of our content and SEO efforts, creating material that helps our brands rank, convert, and grow. Initially, you'll focus on producing high quality content for our own brands, including SEO pillar pages, blogs, case studies, PPC ad copy, and social media posts. Once our brands are optimised, you'll also support clients with website content and campaign messaging. This role suits someone who loves writing but also understands how content fits into the bigger digital marketing picture and can confidently switch between landing pages, blogs, and ad copy across different sectors.
What You'll Be Doing
* Writing SEO optimised copy across areas like home improvement, insurance, legal, finance, and more.
* Creating pillar pages, blogs, landing pages, case studies, and website copy to drive organic traffic and conversions.
* Crafting engaging PPC ad copy and content for paid and organic social campaigns.
* Supporting SEO strategy by aligning content with keyword targets, search intent, and campaign goals.
* Helping with content planning, keyword research, and topic ideation alongside SEO and marketing teams.
* Assisting with content creation for client websites as we launch our agency offering.
* Maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms and formats.

What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience writing for digital platforms, ideally in SEO or content marketing.
* Strong grasp of on-page SEO, keyword targeting, and writing with clear intent
* Comfortable researching and writing across different tones, industries, and formats.
* Familiarity with SEO tools or eagerness to learn quickly
* Sharp attention to detail
* Excellent grammar and ability to simplify technical topics.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
* Bonus: experience writing PPC ad copy, social content, or for small business clients
What Your Day Might Look Like
* Drafting a blog on heat pump installation for UK homeowners
* Creating a landing page optimised for mortgage leads with local keywords.
* Reviewing PPC ad headlines for an equity release campaign
* Using Surfer SEO to polish content before publishing.
* Designing a quick branded graphic in Canva for a blog or social post.
* Collaborating with the SEO team on keyword mapping for a new client site
