Responsibilities as a SEMH TA: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs. Help pupils manage emotions, behaviour, and social interactions in a positive way. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment We are looking for a SEMH TA who has : Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or additional needs (desirable but not essential). Relevant qualifications in education, youth work, or psychology are advantageous. Understanding of behaviour management strategies and emotional regulation. A calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with students. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
