What you will be doing in this role:
As an Asset Manager, you’ll play a critical role in maximising the performance, value, and long‑term sustainability of assets across the BSR portfolio.
You’ll be the managing our renewable and battery storage facilities - overseeing performance, ensuring compliance, driving efficiencies, and being a trusted partner to stakeholders. What you’ll be doing:
* Ensuring asset compliance with contractual, regulatory, and industry requirements.
* Managing and nurturing stakeholder relationships, including SPVs, offtakers and service partners.
* Assisting with negotiations on key commercial agreements and supporting revenue and OPEX decision‑making.
* Collaborating with technical, construction, finance, and ESG colleagues to optimise lifecycle performance.
* Analysing operational and financial data to identify improvements and support strategic decisions.
* Preparing clear, insightful asset‑performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing budgets, forecasts, warranty claims, insurance processes, and risk mitigation activities.
* Conducting site visits to ensure safe, compliant, best‑in‑class operations.
* Supporting continuous improvement of BSR’s Business Management Systems.
What skills will you have?
* Degree‑level education or proven asset management experience (renewables preferred).
* Experience managing utility‑scale Solar PV or BESS assets.
* Strong understanding of technical, operational, and financial performance metrics.
* Ability to communicate complex technical information simply and effectively.
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and project‑management skills.
* Experience with PPA/CfD arrangements (desirable).
* Knowledge of CDM regulations.
* A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in the renewable‑energy sector.
