About the role
At a glance
Salary range: £31,500 to £44,200 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Please note this role will attract additional payment depending on Shift Pattern. Overtime is featured but not guaranteed.
Contract type: Permanent
Work Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Available shifts:
* Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (No Shift Premium)
* Late Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm (25% Shift Premium, additional £7,875 annually)
* Swing Shift: 2-week rota: one week early, one week late (15% Shift Premium, additional £4,725 annually)
Location: Bracknell, Central Transport
Responsibilities
* Efficiently undertake refinishing and prepping of Partnership vehicles.
* Prepare panels to a high standard.
* Apply paint and spray vehicles including vans, HGV units, trailers.
* Maintain safety regulations.
* Ensure high-quality, cost-effective repairs.
* Receive guidance from team leaders.
* Manage your time effectively and work efficiently.
* Collaborate with team members.
Qualifications and Skills
* City & Guilds 2 or 3 Vehicle Damage Paint Technician or equivalent.
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in commercial vehicle painting.
* LGV C+E driving licence.
