Overview
An exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to fulfil a critical role within the Adult Complex Care Team under the Aberdeen Health and Social Care Partnership. The role supports young adults in their own homes, following transition from paediatric services, who may have life‑limiting complex physical conditions and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
 * Deliver evidence‑based nursing care in community settings.
 * Work autonomously, exercising clinical judgement and escalating concerns as necessary.
 * Communicate effectively with parents, families, guardians and multidisciplinary teams.
 * Provide ventilation and tracheostomy management support where required.
 * Support continuous professional development and participation in service enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
 * Registered Nurse (UK).
 * Valid UK driving licence and ability to drive patient vehicles.
 * Experience or knowledge of ventilation and tracheostomy management is advantageous.
 * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Working Hours & Conditions
Both full‑time and part‑time hours are available. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
Permanent Position (Secondment considered)
The role is permanent but secondment may be considered.
