Leading regional law firm seeking a highly experienced, commercially minded solicitor to lead and manage the established Commercial Property team. The role offers a clear pathway to partnership and is ideal for a candidate with an established client base looking to play a strategic role in the practice’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and mentor a team of talented lawyers while leading on high‑value and complex commercial property transactions.
* Handle a broad range of matters including acquisitions, disposals, lease arrangements, and property finance.
* Advise on landlord and tenant matters, development projects, and investment property transactions.
* Work closely with clients to deliver commercially focused solutions.
* Demonstrate strong career ambition, leadership capability, and the ability to inspire and develop team members.
Qualifications
* 7+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property.
* Strong track record of managing a varied and complex commercial property caseload.
* Commercial and client‑focused approach.
* Excellent leadership and mentorship skills.
