What this role is
This is a flexible hours, part time role covering a mix of hours available including evenings. This is more than cover work — for the right coach there is genuine scope to grow into a larger, long term role as PT Club expands. You will join a small supportive team focused on great coaching and member retention.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead small group and 1:2:1 training sessions in our fully equipped studio.
* Coach sessions that include strength, MetCon and movement skill.
* Provide clear technique correction and programming adjustments for all levels.
* Give practical nutrition guidance and help clients form long-lasting habits.
* Keep sessions safe, motivating and fun.
* Communicate with members before and after sessions to build rapport.
Who you are
* Qualified Personal Trainer, Level 3 or above.
* Confident leading small group or circuit style classes.
* Passionate about long term results rather than quick fixes.
* Able to give nutrition advice in line with best practice.
* Reliable, energetic and member focused.
* Available weekday evenings (exact days flexible).
* Bonus: experience with correctional exercise or FRC.
