We’re seeking an experienced Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor to oversee the full survey process, from initial order to final report. This hands-on role combines surveying with coordination, client engagement, and ensuring high-quality outputs. If you have strong passive fire protection knowledge, we want to hear from you today!
What You’ll Do
* Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys
* Identify defects against regulations and manufacturer standards
* Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour
* Produce high-quality survey reports and prepare data for pricing
* Attend site visits and support client relationships
* Promote additional services and support business development
* Maintain compliance with H&S, ISO and industry standards
* Investigate non-conformances and maintain accurate records
* Support colleagues and represent the surveying function professionally
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in passive fire protection surveying
* Hands-on Experience Installing Fire Protection Systems (essential)
* Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards
* Proven experience preparing cost estimates and project pricing
* Business development experience, including advertising and tender submissions
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement
