This is an entry-level, permanent role, designed for individuals eager to kick-start their career in recruitment through real hands on experience and a supportive team. You’ll gain exposure across our three core recruitment areas: Investments, Product, and Distribution.
What to expect from Mason Blake:
* Learn the ropes of the investment management industry
* Gain insights into the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish
* Work closely with experienced consultants across different teams
* Build your confidence speaking to candidates and clients, both in person and virtually
* Conduct industry research and write engaging job advertisements
* Source and engage candidates for active roles
* Contribute to niche senior-level hiring projects
* Receive ongoing training and career development
What we’re looking for:
* A recent graduate / early career professional
* Ideally a minimum of 1 year of office-based experience – ideally in sales, marketing or customer service
* Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a commercial environment
* Organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
* Any exposure to recruitment, sales, or the investment management sector is a plus – but not essential
* A background or interest in marketing or communications would also be beneficial
