Working for a public sector organisation, you will be reporting into the AP Manager.
Interim Accounts Payable Officer
3-6 months but likely to extend
£18/hour

3 days in the office, 2 from home
Key Responsibilities
1. Process high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
2. Resolve invoice queries, including historic issues
3. Manage payment runs
4. Work with rents and receipts
5. Support Accounts Receivable and assist with cashbook activities
6. Use Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
7. Work within procurement and finance systems
Requirements
8. Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume finance environment
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve queries quickly
10. Solid working knowledge of Excel
11. Experience with Dynamics 365 is a major plus
