What You'll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases independently
Preparing statutory reports, valuations, and technical documentation
Applying insolvency legislation in practical, commercial scenarios
Leading stakeholder conversations, including difficult or sensitive situations
Supporting Licensed Insolvency Practitioners in maximising recoveries
Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and high-quality case delivery
Identifying and contributing to new business opportunities
What We're Looking For
Experience managing insolvency cases end-to-end
Strong working knowledge of insolvency legislation
Confident communicator, able to handle challenging conversations
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Desirable
Scottish CPI qualification (or working towards it)
Experience with IPS SQL or IPS Cloud
Previous restructuring experience
