DUTY MANAGER
The Blakeney Hotel is a four star, 64 bedroom, privately owned Hotel located
in an unrivalled position on the Quay in Blakeney, with breath-taking views from the
restaurant, bar & lounges.
We have an exciting & rewarding opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our professional & friendly Duty Management
team. For applicants with limited Managerial experience, we may have supervisory positions with possible opportunties for progression.
Candidates
must have:

A friendly, professional,
outgoing nature & a positive attitude
·
Previous
hospitality experience in a quality establishment
·
An ability to
deliver exceptional customer service
·
Great
organisational & communication skills
·
Good
interpersonal skills and staff management skills
·
An ability to
motivate & direct staff with enthusiasm & professionalism
·
A willingness
to work evenings/weekends and have overnight stays on the premises on a rota
basis
Key
responsibilities:

Day to day
management of the hotel
·
Assisting in
all departments as business dictates
·
Ensuring high
levels of service are consistently delivered
·
Handling any
guest issues and queries quickly in a discreet and professional manner.
·
Ensuring
Health & Safety procedures are followed
·
Training &
monitoring staff performance
