What You’ll Do as a Learning Product Specialist

* Lead Learning Needs Analysis: You’ll conduct training needs analyses to shape learning product strategy, define clear outcomes, and ensure solutions deliver measurable ROI.
* Design & Deliver Global Learning Solutions: You’ll manage the full lifecycle of complex learning products—from discovery and design to implementation and evaluation—ensuring continuous improvement and business impact.
* Collaborate Across Borders: You’ll build strong global stakeholder networks and partner with in-country teams to pilot solutions, gather insights, and maximise access to local learning grants and funding.
* Create Engaging Learning Content: You’ll design high-quality learning materials across multiple formats, including modules, workshops, videos, job aids, and facilitator guides, using instructional design principles and authoring tools.
* Enable Global Delivery: You’ll lead the upskilling of colleagues through ‘train the trainer’ and ‘coach the coach’ models, ensuring consistent and effective implementation of learning products worldwide.
* Drive Quality & Innovation: You’ll oversee Primark’s global learning content library, lead supplier relationships, and stay ahead of learning trends to ensure content remains current, impactful, and aligned with best practices.


What You’ll Bring

* Proven L&D Expertise: You’ll bring 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful learning products and programmes.
* Stakeholder Engagement Skills: You’ll have a demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder networks and influence across all levels of the organisation to ensure learning solutions are relevant and supported.
* Project & Programme Delivery: You’ll be experienced in managing multiple learning projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality solutions on time and with clear ROI.
* Strong Communication Skills: You’ll have excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across diverse audiences.
* Tech & Design Proficiency: You’ll be confident using learning technologies and authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate to create engaging, interactive content.
* Passion for People Development: You’ll bring energy and enthusiasm for developing others, with experience coaching and supporting colleagues as part of broader HR and learning strategies.
