Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager located in Thatcham. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing sales operations. Day-to-day tasks will include negotiating contracts, handling customer inquiries, developing sales strategies to meet targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Experience in Sales and Key Account Management
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
* Proven track record in managing and growing key accounts
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Prior experience in a relevant industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
