Our client is looking for a temporary spares and stock documentation administrator to assist in their busy maintenance department.
THE ROLE:
* You will be identifying and listing parts for the maintenance department using Excel, word and PowerPoint.
* Inputting amounts, and costs into spreadsheets to keep accurate for the maintenance team.
* cleansing old system, ensuring data help is accurate against part numbers & availability.
* Any other basic administration duties as required.
THE PERSON:
* You will have proven experience using Microsoft packages
* You will have worked in a manufacturing/engineering administration role previously.
* Able to accurately input into spreadsheets and keep tidy.
* You will support the maintenance engineers, with availability of parts as needed.
* You will have excellent communication skills.
This is initially a 3 - 4 month temporary position, working 40 hours per week. Start and/or finish times can be slightly flexible for the right person, however standard working hours are 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
