What you’ll do
* Deliver a wide range of commercial surveying services
* Lead surveys, TDD, dilapidations and defect analysis
* Run refurbishment, conversion and new-build projects
* Prepare feasibility studies and condition reports
* Support colleagues and help develop client relationships
* Contribute to team growth through great service and fee generation
What you’ll bring
* MRICS qualification and strong industry experience
* Excellent technical knowledge and report writing skills
* Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships
* Strong organisation and time management
* Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
* Full UK driving licence
