HR Advisor – Media Agency | London
Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days WFH
Salary: £40K
An award winning media business has an opportunity for an HR Advisor to join their high-performing, HR team supporting multiple business areas. This role would suit someone stepping up from a Coordintor or a sideways move as an Advisor, looking for more scope and opportunity. Supporting a client group of around 350, you will deliver operational excellence and build impactful relationships.
Remit:
* Full employee lifecycle
* Managing HR related queries
* Coaching and supporting inexperienced managers
* Managing low level ER cases and previous experience of handling PIPs, parental leave and flexible working requests is essential
* Supporting junior managers with PIPs and abscence management cases
* Note-taking on complex ER cases
* Experience managing sponsorship and visa processes is preferred
* Deliver culture and engagement initiatives across the team
What we’re looking for:
* Solid experience as an HR Coordinator in a large organisation or an HR Advisor looking to make a sideways move
* Exposure to ER, and confidently being able to handle low level cases
* Excellent attention to detail and someone who is able to build impactful relationships across the business
* Experience in media, retail, hospitality, or similar industries is preferred
