Location: Meade House, Wedgwood Road, Bath, BA2 1QN.
Salary: £23,810 pro-rata per annum
Hours: 30 hours, Tuesday‑Friday 09:00‑17:00
Job Purpose: To provide over the telephone advice, information and support to professionals and clients and to maintain the smooth running of Southside reception and office.
* Provide telephone advice and support to service users and professionals who support children and families.
* Support the Family Support, Domestic Abuse services, Community Hub team, Parent Advocates, Counselling Service and Therapeutic Play Service with essential administrative support.
* Support Southside’s systems for referrals, case‑management, monitoring and evaluation.
* Ensure the charity runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively.
Candidate Profile: Great attention to detail, digital, administrative and organisational skills, empathy, and enjoyment of working as part of a supportive team.
Support and training will be provided to develop the skills and knowledge required to answer questions from service users and professionals.
