Job overview
As a Learning Management System Administrator, you will ensure seamless LMS functionality, compile reports and provide excellent service in response to user queries. Reporting directly to the LMS Technical Lead, this position plays a key role in shaping the learning journey for our end users. This is a part-time role, offering 20 hours per week, based at our Stoke office. Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role.
Responsibilities
* Build, maintain, and test learning resources within the Learning Management System to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for end users.
* Deliver excellent service to user queries and compile and distribute insightful reports to stakeholders.
* Respond to user queries via email and Microsoft Teams, providing excellent service at all times.
* Upload learning resources, build and maintain course tiles and learning paths in the LMS.
* Build and maintain assessments using Adobe Captivate.
* Follow test scripts to ensure functionality of the LMS.
* Generate and distribute reports to stakeholders.
* Support the LMS Technical Lead with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive and solution-focused approach.
* Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
* Computer literate and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
* Good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
Additional information
* Part-time role; 20 hours per week; Stoke office with flexible shift structure discussed at interview.
