A leading international law firm is continuing to build out its Corporate Real Estate / Real Estate Private Equity capability in London and is actively looking to make a number of strategic hires as part of its ongoing growth plans.
This practice sits at the intersection of corporate, private equity, and real estate, advising on complex, investment-driven transactions involving real estate-backed assets. The team is engaged on a broad range of high-value matters, including acquisitions and disposals, platform and portfolio transactions, and joint ventures, often with a cross-border element and involving sophisticated institutional investors, private equity houses, and asset managers.
The London offering is closely aligned with the firm’s global network, working in tandem with colleagues across Europe, the US, and other key financial centres. This provides associates with the opportunity to gain exposure to international deal flow while developing a genuinely hybrid skillset that bridges traditional corporate and real estate disciplines.
The Opportunity
* The team is hiring across the 2–6 PQE range, with a particular focus on junior to mid-level associates who are keen to take on responsibility and develop within a growing practice
* Broad transactional exposure spanning corporate M&A, joint ventures, and real estate-focused investments, allowing for a well-rounded and commercially driven experience
* A lean team structure that offers early responsibility, strong partner access, and the opportunity to play a visible role in transactions
* Close collaboration with the firm’s corporate, funds, finance, and tax teams globally, providing a fully integrated and multidisciplinary working environment

Candidate Profile
* England & Wales qualified (or Irish-qualified with relevant UK or international experience)
* A strong corporate background, with solid experience in M&A and joint ventures as core requirements
* A demonstrable interest in, or exposure to, real estate private equity transactions, or a genuine desire to move into this space
* Commercially minded, technically capable, and comfortable navigating transactions that sit across multiple legal disciplines
* Confident communicator with the ability to articulate deal experience and contribute meaningfully within a team environment
