+ Role overview and purpose
Already established in the UK, with operations in 31 countries, Thinventory's continued growth means we're looking for an energized and engaged SDR to join our sales team. The primary aim of this role is to drive meetings and pipeline for the UK sales team through handing inbound enquiries and outbound calling.
The SDR will support a refocused sales team that's driving significant growth. In partnership with the Sales team, as well as the Marketing team, the SDR will be central to our lead generation activities. The cross-team approach will also ensure that there's a variety of learning and mentoring opportunities that will help develop and hone their sales development skills.
+ Specific responsibilities
* Achieve qualified leads and meeting targets through outbound prospecting and conversion of inbound enquiries.
* Assess and qualify leads, in line with the agreed criteria, so that meetings passed to sales are good quality and qualified. Support sales team members to re-book meetings where customers are unable or fail to attend.
* Maximize marketing driven campaigns as well as support focused sales activities aimed at specific niches, for example a particular sector.
* Support lead nurturing programmes through regular engagement and feedback on prosects readiness to consider / purchase so that lead scoring can be optimized.
* Work with Sales Managers to penetrate targeted accounts and identify sales opportunities.
* Communicate our value and differentiators to prospects, including senior contacts, concisely and confidently.
• Proactively manage our prospect data, ensuring that insights are captured as they arise and reflected in our core marketing and sales systems as quickly as possible.
* Ensure that all communications and information is captured on our core systems to ensure a smooth handover to the wider sales and marketing teams.
* Support the sales team by producing monthly KPI's from the CRM system.
* Share account intelligence to generate an understanding of customer needs and requirements that can inform sales prospecting and/or marketing programmes.
* Occasionally represent Thinventory at industry trade shows to support the sales team as we look to convey our value proposition and gather compliant contact information from attendees.
* Maintain consistently high standards across all email and contact metrics, including CRM updates.

* Persuasive verbal communicator, with good written skills, and able to speak to people at all levels of the organization via telephone and email.
* Good relationship builder able to handle a wide range of people and situations.
* Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new topics and technologies.
* Track record of success, in part built on an ability to fail fast and find new ways to succeed.
* Familiar with social media / selling tools e.g LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
