Description Key responsibilities include: Sourcing Strategy: Shape and lead the sourcing strategy and route‑to‑market for the ERP solution and implementation partner, ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations. Requirements & Specification: Support workshops and challenge business, functional, and non‑functional requirements, converting these into clear, testable tender documentation. Tender Pack Development: Own the development of all procurement materials, including ITT documents, specifications, evaluation methodology, scoring models, and pricing/commercial schedules.
