This rewarding position involves maintaining the smooth running of a very busy chiropractic clinic.
Tasks include:
Greeting patients and directing them to the appropriate waiting area,
Taking payments and booking follow up appointments using a clinic management software program.
Booking in new patients onto the system
Telephone calls incoming and outgoing including rescheduling appointments and keeping patients on track with their recommended care plan
Printing invoices and receipts
photocopying/emails including appointment reminders and liaising with local hospitals and medical centres
Typing letters on Microsoft Word
Keeping reception area tidy including coffee area
Stock check and replenishing sundries
Filing of patient notes
Work experience in customer service and working with the public would be ideal. Candidate needs to be able to multi task and work under pressure. Full computer training is given.
