As a Hybrid Multi-Cloud Specialist at Nutanix, you’ll play a strategic role at the intersection of technology and business. You’ll work closely with enterprise customers to architect and deliver hybrid cloud solutions powered by Nutanix, AWS, and Azure. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on shaping technical decisions, guiding evaluations, and demonstrating real-world value.You’ll serve as both technical advisor and trusted partner, helping organizations transform how they operate in the hybrid multi-cloud world.About the TeamYou’ll join the Portfolio Products Solution Architecture team—an agile group of specialists within a larger organisation focused on Nutanix’s hybrid cloud strategy. We’re collaborative, remote-friendly, and growth-oriented, united by shared values and a belief in autonomy, continuous learning, and open communication.You will report to the EMEA Director of Portfolio Solutions who values open communication, candid feedback, and a collaborative approach among team members. The manager encourages team members to work independently while fostering a supportive environment where individuals can share insights and strategies. Regular travel (~50%) will be part of the role—for customer meetings, team collaboration, and industry events.Your Role
1. Act as a technical leader and cloud strategist, guiding customers in adopting Nutanix hybrid cloud technologies.
2. Partner with sales teams and serve as a technical specialist and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
3. Lead presentations, demos, POCs, and solution architecture sessions to drive customer engagement.
4. Design and implement cloud architectures using Nutanix Clusters, AWS, and/or Azure.
5. Influence product direction by relaying feedback from the field to sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
6. Stay on the edge of innovation by continuously learning new trends and technologies in the hybrid cloud ecosystem.
What You Bring
7. 10+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical sales roles.
8. Deep hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure; GCP knowledge is a plus.
9. Practical experience with hybrid cloud solutions, such as AWS Outposts or VMware Cloud on AWS.
10. Strong grasp of IT financial modeling: ROI, TCO, cloud cost optimization.
11. Proven ability to design and deploy complex cloud architectures across public and private environments.
12. Skilled communicator and presenter—confident with C-level stakeholders and engineering teams alike.
13. Experience navigating technical sales cycles, building business cases, and overcoming objections.
14. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
15. At least 5 years working as a Solutions Architect or equivalent in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment.
16. Certifications (at least one in each group preferred):
17. AWS: Solutions Architect (Associate/Pro), SysOps Admin, Cloud Practitioner, or Advanced Networking
18. Azure: Fundamentals, Administrator, or Solutions Architect
This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
