Chef de Partie - Leicestershire
Salary:Up to £34,000 per annum plus tips + overtime
Hours: 40 hours p/week
An experienced Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie required for our longstanding client, a luxury country house hotel with an AA Rosette restaurant. The Hotel is set in Leicestershire and is renowned locally for its venue.
The successful Chef de Partie will join the kitchen team as a key member of a strong brigade. The main duties of the role are:-
To support the Head Chef and management team.
To ensure the highest standards of food quality.
To be responsible for supporting in ensuring that all Food Safety regulations are completed to the correct standard.
This role involves food preparation and service for the hotel guests during their stay. We are looking for someone who wants to work as part of a talented and hardworking team, delivering consistently high quality food standards using fresh ingredients.
Please note this is a permanent full time position working 40 hours per week over 5 days on a rota basis to include weekends.
Experience within a similar environment as Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie is required.
