Home Manager - Residential Care Location: Manchester Service: Small 20 bedded Residential Care Home (Dementia) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Hours: Full‑time A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Care Home Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up to lead a small, well‑established 22‑bedded residential service in Manchester. The home has been stable for many years, with the previous Manager in post long‑term and now resigning, creating a rare opportunity for a new leader to take over a well‑run service. About the Role As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and resident wellbeing. You will lead, support and develop the staff team while maintaining a warm, person‑centred environment.
