Overview
Are you an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity? We are seeking a qualified professional to join us for an anticipated 6-month contract covering the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire areas.
This role offers the chance to work on a stable portfolio of residential projects. Daily responsibilities primarily involve conducting Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys on residential properties. You will also be required to accurately take samples of any suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) and appropriately document the properties, independently managing your weekly schedule to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
* Hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH equivalent).
* Demonstrable post-qualification track record with proven experience surveying residential properties.
* Highly experienced in working independently, managing own weekly schedule and workload, ensuring timely submission of survey reports and samples each week.
