This is a high-impact position, overseeing strategic, large-scale projects across commercial, residential, and city regeneration sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead cost planning, procurement, and contract administration for major projects. Advise senior stakeholders on financial strategy, risk management, and value engineering. Manage teams of surveyors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Requirements: Chartered status (MRICS). Proven experience managing multi-million-pound projects. Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills.
