Key Responsibilities:
* Stock Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels to support ongoing projects.
* Stock Taking: Conduct regular and accurate stock audits, resolving discrepancies.
* Procurement: Raise purchase orders and process stock orders aligned with company needs.
* Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers to source materials, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries.
* Goods In: Verify deliveries against purchase orders and report any issues.
* Systems Use: Use Xero for purchase orders and invoice management; Simpro for receipting goods and job allocation.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to stock and procurement procedures.
* Compliance: Ensure all activities meet company policies and ISO standards.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and operations staff.
* Driving Duties: Occasional driving required for urgent material deliveries (Full UK driving licence essential).
