A UK leading accountancy firm are growing their global headcount, and are subsequently looking for a Resource Advisor (Workforce Planning) to join their Resource Management team of 4. Reporting into the Resource Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Partner with senior partners and directors to understand client project plans and successfully pipeline for talent for future projects.
2. Manage conflicting demands of resources to ensure stakeholders and client relationships are maintained.
3. Successfully manage live talent within the business, ensuring the correct consultants are aligned to the correct clients at the right time.
4. Support the national resource manager on developing the wider resourcing strategy, along with partnering with the recruitment team on headcount growth.
5. Use data to create reports on talent headcount and present to senior stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Experience within Resource Management / Workforce Planning, ideally within professional services.
7. Ability to partner with senior stakeholders whilst managing expectations.
8. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to plan and prioritise.
