As Facilities and Workplace Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations ensuring a productive, safe, comfortable, and sustainable work environment for our colleagues. Ensuring our Offices run effectively, ensuring a positive environment for our colleagues continue to enjoy a great place to work. You'll manage all aspects of facilities operations, workplace management, and health & safety across all company locations (Birmingham, London and Cardiff). The role ensures a safe, compliant, efficient, and engaging workplace office environment that supports productivity, employee wellbeing, and operational success. This role has line management responsibility for a small team who support in workplace management. About You Below are some of the key essential experience, skills & knowledge required for this post: 1.Lead Criterion: Demonstrable experience in, facilities and workplace management in a multi-site or complex office environment. 2.Lead Criterion: Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing health and safety policies in an office workplace environment. 3.NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety. 4.Project management experience in planning and delivering workplace and facilities projects (e.g. office fit-outs, relocations). 5.Experience managing budgets, contracts, and service providers. 6.Experience in managing day-to-day operations of building facilities (HVAC, cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.). 7.Experience in procuring services and managing supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
