Multiple Teaching Assistants Needed!
A supportive and inclusive primary school in Fulham is seeking a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. The role will involve working closely with children who may have ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN
Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and engaging in learning
Implement strategies set out in EHCPs and individual support plans
Assist with the development of pupils’ social, emotional, and communication skills
Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider support staff
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children, ideally within a school or SEN setting
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
A genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
