Solutions Consultant

📍 London, UK (Hybrid: Tues–Thurs in office, Mon & Fri remote)

💼 6‑month contract

⏱ £38.46 per hour

đź•’ 40 hours per week | Standard business hours


About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Solutions Consultant to partner with internal teams, external users, and key stakeholders to translate business needs into effective, scalable solutions. This role combines technical understanding, problem‑solving, project management, and strong relationship‑building skills to support both user success and overall solution excellence.

You will contribute to solution strategy, deployment, issue resolution, and ongoing optimisation. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, understands complex ecosystems, and enjoys guiding stakeholders through both technical and non‑technical challenges.


Key Responsibilities:

Solution Delivery & Consulting

* Translate business needs into clear solution requirements and support delivery of scalable, repeatable solutions.
* Execute defined technical or non‑technical solutions with minimal guidance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Support troubleshooting across user or partner issues and identify trends to improve long‑term solution efficiency.
* Contribute to solution strategies and influence feature prioritisation and roadmapping in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Project & Operations Management

* Manage end‑to‑end project coordination including planning, timelines, issue tracking, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
* Anticipate challenges, propose next steps, and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track.
* Support business efficiency initiatives by identifying operational gaps and proposing improvements.

Content, Documentation & Best Practices

* Update or create solution documentation, best practice guides, tutorials, and reference materials.
* Ensure that repeatable solutions are well documented and easy for teams or partners to adopt.
* Support internal teams by communicating product gaps, risks, or new opportunities based on user insights or performance metrics.

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement

* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, users, and partners.
* Contribute to user or partner business reviews and help uncover new opportunities through consultative conversations.
* Support coaching stakeholders on systems, solutions, and industry trends to improve adoption and usage.
* Assist in addressing escalations, collaborating with management-level stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.


Required Skills & Experience:

* Strong project management capability
* Technical acumen and understanding of solution ecosystems
* Experience in stakeholder management and consultative engagement
* Problem‑solving and analytical thinking
* Ability to manage opportunities and solution pipelines
* Understanding of industry trends and domain‑specific knowledge
* Ability to translate commercial needs into actionable solutions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Systems thinking and operational awareness
