Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key-Worker at HYP Transitioning Lives Semi Independent Living Limited located in the United Kingdom. The Key-Worker will be responsible for supporting and guiding young people in their transition to independent living, providing emotional and practical support, and facilitating access to necessary services and resources.
Qualifications
* Experience in supporting vulnerable populations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to provide emotional and practical support
* Knowledge of resources and services for young people
* Empathy and patience in working with individuals facing challenges
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience in social work, counseling, youth work, or related field is a plus
* Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
