About The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role managing two drivers and overseeing the movement of goods in and out of our site. Responsibilities include managing the yard, coordinating transport, and ensuring stock and inventory accuracy. The role involves driving performance, fostering a safety culture, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team while overseeing picking, packing, and daily transport logistics to meet targets.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
* Monitor inventory accuracy and support stock control.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless service.
About You
* Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
* Strong leadership skills with coaching and development abilities.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Numeracy skills with a proactive, hands-on approach and continuous improvement mindset.
* Valid Forklift Licence and Class 2 Driver’s Licence required.
