Compliance Manager
Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Wiltshire (with travel to other sites in the South West of England)
Permanent role based on 37 hours per week
Salary £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance of £500 per month
What you'll do
* Act as the regional point of contact for compliance, providing data, reports, and updates to the customer.
* Support audit and assurance programmes, including investigations into compliance issues.
* Monitor asset compliance (fire, fuel, gas, electrical, asbestos, legionella).
* Review completed works to ensure accuracy, completion, and correct documentation.
* Identify missed or overdue maintenance tasks and produce action plans.
* Support management of compliance documentation and improvement plans.
* Provide technical support to regional teams to resolve non‑compliance.
* Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and controls.
What you'll bring
* Experience in Hard FM, assurance, or compliance roles.
* Understanding of multi‑service FM contracts (MoD experience desirable).
* Working towards or qualified in M&E HNC/HND/Degree (or equivalent experience).
* Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
Security Requirements
* Ability to meet BPSS and achieve Security Check (SC) clearance (5 years UK residency required).
