Contracts Manager
Newark | Full Time | Permanent | £Competitive Salary
Our well-established Newark based client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their senior management team. Working alongside the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be leading a team of Engineers and Coordinators.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all contracts are processed within accepted time scales, costs, and Codes of Practice.
* Monitor installations, visit sites as required, maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Head weekly production meetings liaising with relevant departments to ensure customer requirements and installations are delivered on time.
* Ensure contract spreadsheets are accurate and up to date.
* Agree holiday/sickness cover and oversee Installation Engineers diaries.
* Oversee timesheets and expenses and sign off invoices.
* Liaise with Service Department and Maintenance Managers.
* Recruitment, performance management, coaching & development of Engineers and Coordinators.
Qualifications
* Over 3 years of installations and project management experience.
* SMSTS / CSCS certificate.
* Intermediate Word, Excel and some ERP systems knowledge.
* UK Driver’s License.
* NEBOSH or IOSH Certified would be an advantage but is not essential.
