Hopes & Dreams Schools are looking for a Qualified Montessori Teacher Baby Room to join their team in Angel Montessori. This role will be worked all year round (Monday to Friday).
This role would suit a Montessori qualified practitioner that has experience as an Early Years Teacher, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, Nursery Educator or Nursery Assistant.
Qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 Montessori Pedagogy qualification (or other full and relevant Montessori qualification)
* Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
* Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties
* Provide high-quality care and Montessori education to children aged 2-5
* Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
* Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
* Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
* Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children
