Job Description
The client is seeking a Senior PMO with hands-on, operational focus. The chosen candidate will be responsible for facilitating the most senior operational meetings within the client’s digital department, including meetings with Directors, executive team members, and CIO-level individuals.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate senior operational meetings within the digital department (involving Directors, the executive team, and CIO-level participants).
* Take accurate minutes, set up meetings, and manage follow-ups.
* Apply strong organizational skills with an emphasis on operational aspects rather than strategic initiatives.
* Demonstrate self-organization and practical project-management support in a hands-on capacity.
Qualifications and Experience
* Prior senior PMO experience required.
* Experience in minute-taking, meeting setup, and operational project support.
* Not a Project Manager; this role requires senior PMO experience and a focus on operational facilitation.
