Key Responsibilities
* Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Working closely with class teachers to help deliver engaging lessons
* Providing targeted support to pupils (1:1 or small groups)
* Assisting with behaviour management and classroom organisation
* Helping support pupils with additional or complex needs
* Creating a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
* Previous experience working in a primary school or educational setting
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and school expectations
* Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
Desirable:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working with SEND pupils
* Additional training such as Team Teach, First Aid or Autism Awareness
