We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager to join our Finance Team, based at our Skipton office on a 12-month FTC.
We are an inclusive team and believe in regular face-to-face engagement. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, combining remote work with attending our Skipton office once a week. You should be within a reasonable commute of this location.
A role you will love
The Business Finance team handles corporate and financial reporting and control. As a small but experienced team, we focus on developing and coaching our members to help them grow their careers.
Reporting to a Senior Manager, this role involves contributing to strategic objectives through effective finance business partnering, and providing accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
You will be responsible for delivering timely monthly revenue reports, reviewing accruals, provisions, and prepayments, and providing updates to support business decisions. Additionally, you will support commercial opportunities and assist in transitioning new deals into business-as-usual processes, offering strategic support to senior management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing finance business partnering support to ELT and senior management.
* Managing management accounting and forecasting processes for areas of responsibility.
* Leading financial models for new business pricing.
* Reporting financial risks and opportunities impacting financial targets.
* Analyzing new client propositions and opportunities to aid decision-making.
