Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in preparing and delivering lessons, materials, and resources. Provide individual or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs. Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies. Help manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies. Supervise pupils during learning activities, outings, and transitions. Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress, challenges, and achievements. Support pupils in developing social skills, confidence, and independence. Carry out administrative tasks such as preparing learning materials, displays, and record-keeping. Promote safeguarding, health, and safety in all aspects of school life.
