Job Title: Marketing Assistant Apprentice
Apprenticeship: Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship
Location: Worthing, West Sussex (Hybrid)
Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on age and experience)
Hours: Full-time
Start Date: April 2026

Requirements
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Interest in marketing and digital content
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
* Basic IT skills
* Any knowledge of Adobe Suite or WordPress is advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities for an Apprentice
* Support the delivery of marketing plans, campaigns and general administration
* Update website content and liaise with web development teams
* Schedule and manage social media content across multiple platforms
* Use marketing tools and software to support campaign delivery
* Carry out research and gather insights for client projects
* Assist with marketing projects, events and campaigns
* Monitor media and press coverage
* Prepare reports and analyse campaign performance
* Deliver work in line with client requirements and deadlines
Apprenticeship Information
You will be enrolled on the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:
* Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
* A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
* Development of skills, knowledge, and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
* Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
* Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2
Prospects
Once you have completed your apprenticeship there will be the opportunity to potentially progress into a permanent role within the business.
