This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ. Remote work is not available.
As a Commercial Lawyer, you will review, negotiate, draft, and advise on various contracts across our business areas, including:
* Commercial, supply chain, concessions, events, marketing, ecommerce, franchising, licensing, IT & technology, outsourcing, and finance.
* Handling disputes and litigation.
* Providing guidance on marketing and promotional activities, including compliance and drafting T&Cs.
* Supporting digital marketing and website operations.
* Managing wholesale and concession agreements.
* Handling IP licensing work.
* Advising on customer complaints and disputes.
* Assisting with M&A work, due diligence, drafting SPA/APAs, and post-completion support.
* Liaising with regulatory bodies like ICO, ASA, and Trading Standards.
* Managing external legal counsel.
* Supporting senior legal team members and supervising juniors.
