Key Responsibilities
* Lead commercial management across multiple new build housing schemes.
* Oversee cost planning, procurement strategies, subcontractor management, and valuations.
* Prepare monthly CVRs and maintain accurate cost forecasting.
* Work closely with the technical and construction teams to ensure projects meet financial targets.
* Provide guidance to junior QS staff and contribute to developing the wider commercial team.
