We’re looking for a passionate, hands‑on Assistant Manager to lead the crew and assist the General Manager in daily operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Running daily operations
* Building, training, and inspiring your team
* Upholding our food safety and quality standards
* Driving KPIs
* Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly
* Managing stock, wastage and deliveries
* Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment
What We're Looking For:
* 1 year’s experience management experience in a fast‑paced kitchen / production environment
* Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership
* Great communicator and natural problem‑solver
* Results‑driven with a passion for people and great food
* Calm under pressure and able to multitask
* Ready to climb the ladder and progress
* A natural leader who is inspiring, consistent and fair
* Willingness to learn; we will ensure you receive super thorough training!
