£60,000 to £75,000 OTE
We're growing and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Manchester.

The Role
* Manage and grow your own desk within the legal market
* Build long-term relationships with top-tier law firms and high-calibre candidates
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions

About You
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or experience in a Sales environment (legal experience preferred, but not essential for the right person)
* A strong billing track record
* Commercial, driven, and relationship-focused
