Teaching Assistant – KS1 & KS2 Location: Reading, UK Start Date: September 2025 (New Academic Term) Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only A lovely, friendly primary school in Reading is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. This is a single-form entry school where children are at the heart of everything they do. You’ll be supporting learning through KS1, and KS2 helping teachers in the classroom and offering extra support to pupils who need it. What to expect: Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and keep things running smoothly. Helping with small group work and one-to-one support. Supporting children with SEND to take part and feel confident. Encouraging good behaviour and a calm, positive classroom atmosphere. Helping to organise resources and set up activities. What We’re Looking For: Experience working in a primary school or with children is a bonus. Kind, patient, and flexible – you enjoy helping children learn and grow.
