We are now looking for a Social Media and Content Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As our Social Media and Content Manager, you will own our social media and digital content channels, focusing on producing exciting, engaging results that drive commercial activity and our charitable work.
You’ll be at the forefront of digital engagement, planning and implementing organic and paid social media campaigns, developing the strategies that deliver, and ensuring the conversations we generate are relevant and on point.
Creating content that excites, you will focus on audience engagement and brand awareness, working with internal teams, including Music, Artistic, Events and Philanthropy, to ensure their needs are met and their targets are achieved.
Additionally, you will:
* Use data to translate social insights into actionable recommendations
* Connect social activity to our wider marketing and audience strategies
* Develop and manage a content calendar
* Oversee community management and audience engagement
About You
To be considered as our Social Media and Content Manager, you will need:
* Proven experience developing and executing organic and paid social media campaigns
* Proficiency in all major social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)
* Strong content creation and editing skills, including filming, editing and designing content
* Expertise using tools such as Canva
* Outstanding copywriting, community management, and project management skills
* The ability to balance competing deadlines
* A collaborative and adaptable approach to working with internal and external stakeholders
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one due to the nature of the role.
