Knowledge Facilitator

We are looking to recruit someone to provide support for managing knowledge and learning, and using evidence and evaluation to inform quality programmes and projects.
Responsibilities
* Develop and support teams and services to use a range of tools to identify and manage knowledge.
* Ensure that learning is shared across quality programmes and that the right knowledge sources are available to support the development and implementation of improvement activity.
* Coordinate the development and production of information and resources to showcase and celebrate best practice internally and externally.
* Consider, develop, test and explore new techniques and methodologies for knowledge generation, capture, deployment, application and evaluation.
* Work closely with others and influence across professional and organisational boundaries.
* Provide excellent organisational and communication skills and analyse and present complicated and sensitive information.
* Complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
